Adventure Buddies: Corgi Kitsune & Friends Pins and Plushies

Hey guys!! I’ve been hard at work working on some new stretch goals!

Unlike the other adventure buddies… these boys I don’t think went on their adventures willingly. Inspired by current events and how I feel lol.

I may also add a few other pins to the reward survey if I get the energy or motivation. If you’d like to *potentially* see an animal added drop it in the comments! If I think of an idea for it I may draw it up.

What are survey stretch goals?
Once the campaign ends you will be sent a reward survey to choose your rewards and add extra add-ons. BackerKit allows creators to add new add-on stretch goals! How they work is that an add-on item will unlock after X number of people check out with it. You won’t be charged for the item unless it unlocks! So it allows for a risk free way to add new items and gauge interest on designs! Please note these items are separate from your campaign pledge!

For example: The plushies will cost me thousands and take up a lot of space, so this allows me to set a stretch goal of 40 starry kitsunes. At 40 starry kitsunes the item will be unlocked and you will be charged for that plushie, but if only 2 starry kitsunes sell then you won’t be charged for the plushie but the rest of your order will remain unchanged! (Pretty much a risk free way for both the creator and backer to fund new items! So I’m also now drowning in unwanted plushies lol TT)

Those of you who did Forgotten Forest it’s the same thing I did when I added the rats!

Hey everyone!!!

As a thanks for helping me make this project my largest one to date I made another pin based on one of the top animal picks from the poll! They may be a little too young for an adventure but their heart is in the right place.

They’ll be free for all campaign pledges over $50 and heavily discounted at $8 for everyone else as a thanks for everything! Theres potentially up to 4 free enamel pins between me and Craft if their free pin unlocks <3



As many of my long-time backers know, I was originally an ecologist! I worked with humans to figure out solutions that both benefited them and the environment (like precision farming tech). However my autoimmune (undiagnosed at the time) got to be so crippling I lost my ability to work. It was because of some kind backers that I was able to become a full time artist and it brings me more joy then I can possibly describe to be able to make wildlife animal pins now. I hope to be able to continue to bridge the gap between ecologists and the public and eventually, perhaps, work as an artist or visual educator for environmental non profits or agencies.

As such, know I will always do my best to give yall the best and I’m so eternally grateful to everyone <3

I also wanted to ask yall if yall wanted another plushie and if so, of what? I included a poll with some ideas. 

Because of how expensive plushies are and how little space I have (Im in a 450 square foot apartment lol) any new plushie designs will be included as a post-campaign survey stretch goal! This way I can ensure there’s enough interest in the design to warrant the money/space. 

(After the campaign BackerKit allows me to do this thing where I can set an item to unlock if say, 20 people add it to their survey.) 

Besides from that, thank you all so so much!!! Expect potentially a few new adventure buddies on the reward survey too. I don’t have time to design them right now but I should by the time the campaign ends!

I was asked by a few people to do a larger pin, so I wanted to guage y’all’s interest in a premium pin with the original 4 buddies. It would be 3”, glow in the dark moon. The drawing isn’t anywhere near done yet. But here’s the base for reference!

I was originally going to go for a Japanese theme but I think I may switch it to western and switch the snake’s pole to a vintage street lamp.

Also! I am working on a few plushie ideas. I’ll poll y’all tomorrow on them.
